Dame Dass Exel Soldier and C1 studio Rep was born in Los Angeles CA. 
 
Rapping started shortly after his grandmothers death in 1990 and briefly before drastic moves in and out of the inner city of Los Angeles's notorious South Central District.  This is where he devoloped a brash delivery and truthful flow.  And all this at the age of 11 years old.  By fourteen he had developed into a lyrical master and great story teller but still because of his many moves was not noticed on tha verbal scene in South Central Los Angeles.
 
Dame Dass is associated with Exel Recordz.  Which he has done numerous shows and 2 time T.V. appearance on Italia Uno via Milano Italy.  His label has recently, in tha last two years, released four albums and is now working on three more.
 
At age of 28 he is now living in Slovenia,near Nova Gorica ,running back and forth to Italy where he is recording his solo album. In the same time he is trying to work with some Slovenian Rappers as well as Croatian and so on.He sees a great potential in Balkan Hip hop sceene that is developig fast and strong, he says.
